Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

Kraftkit Pro is $29, paid once. It is a digital license delivered immediately. There is no subscription to cancel. Stop using the plugin whenever you want. Your license stays yours unless it is revoked for a chargeback or fraud.

No refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund change-of-mind purchases, unused keys, or cases where Kraftkit did not match what you hoped to build. The product is a scaffold plugin, not a guarantee that every app will compile, look right, or ship.

If we fail to deliver

If checkout succeeded but you never received a license key, or a valid key fails to unlock, email support@kraftkit.app with the email you used at checkout. We will restore access. If we cannot deliver the product you paid for, we will refund that payment through Dodo Payments.

Chargebacks

Write to us first. A chargeback can freeze or revoke your key while the payment is in dispute.
